Your Guide to a Safe, Smooth, and Memory-Making Stay

Wristbands

All registered guests are required to wear the park-provided wristband during their stay.

Wristbands help our team ensure access to attractions and activities is limited to registered guests. Guests without wristbands may be asked to return to their site or stop by the Ranger Station for assistance.

Campfire Guidelines

Campfires are welcome in designated fire rings at your site or cabin.

  • Please keep fires a reasonable size
  • No ground fires or oversized flames
  • Fire bans may be enforced during dry conditions

Firewood is available for purchase at the Ranger Station. Outside firewood is not permitted.

Trash & Cleanliness

Help us keep the park clean and enjoyable for everyone.

  • All trash must be bagged and tied securely
  • Place bagged trash at the corner of your site or parking pad
  • Trash pickup begins at 9:00 AM
  • Do not leave trash outside after 6:00 PM or overnight
  • Charcoal must be disposed of in your fire ring

Guests are expected to leave their site or accommodation in the same condition they found it.

An excessive cleaning fee starting at $75 may apply if additional cleanup is required.

Enjoy Responsibly

Guests 21 and over may enjoy alcoholic beverages at their site.

When walking through the park, please use a non-descript container. Glass containers are not permitted in or near water attractions.

Water Attractions & Aquatic Safety

Our water attractions are a big part of the experience, and safety is key.

  • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times
  • Proper swimwear is required
  • Cotton materials are not permitted in water attractions
  • Running, rough play, or unsafe behavior is not permitted

Guests who do not follow water attraction guidelines may be asked to leave the area.

Weather-Related Water Attraction Closures

For the safety of our guests and team members, pools, splash pads, lakes, inflatable water attractions, and other water features may temporarily close due to weather or environmental conditions.
Attractions may close for:

• Lightning or thunder
• Severe weather
• Heavy or persistent rain
• High winds
• Unsafe air or water temperatures
• Other conditions that may impact safety

Following lightning or thunder, water attractions will remain closed until conditions are safe and at least 30 minutes have passed since the last observed lightning or thunder.
In some cases, attractions may remain closed for extended periods due to ongoing weather conditions or forecasts predicting unsafe conditions throughout the day.
Rain Check Policy
If water attractions close due to weather, rain checks may be issued based on the time of closure.
All rain checks are valid for use anytime during the current operating season (same calendar year) and are non-transferable.
Our team closely monitors weather conditions and will reopen attractions as soon as it is safe to do so. Guest safety will always be our top priority.
Our social media outlets will have current updates.
