We offer various packages, from family reunions and dream weddings to RV rallies and corporate junctures, to make your event overlooking the scenic Smoky Mountains memorable!

- Elegant Amenities: Comfortable tables, chairs, and a cozy lounge area complete with a big-screen TV for entertainment.
- Convenient Kitchenette: Equipped with a microwave, sink, and mini refrigerator, providing the essentials for seamless food preparation.
- Catering Options: We now offer delicious in-house catering to make event planning even easier. View catering packages and plan a menu that works for your group. Book our in-house catering for your event and get $100 off your Lakeview Lodge rental when you host by March 31, 2026!
- Beverage Options: Beer is available for purchase at our camp store or may be brought from offsite. (Please note: alcohol service staff is not provided.)
- Day Passes: 10 Day Passes are included in the rental cost. Additional wristbands are $9/guest.

Important Details
We aim to make your event planning as smooth as possible. Please keep these details in mind:
- Booking Deposit: A $125 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is included in your rental price. A $125 excessive cleaning fee applies if the space requires additional cleaning.
- Day Pass Discount: Non-overnight guests can enjoy discounted day passes with your rental.
- Setup & Cleanup: Enjoy 30 minutes before and after your event for setup and cleanup.
- Additional Guest Fees: Per-person fees apply for non-overnight guests.
- Maximum Occupancy: 122
